I was nervous spending $1400 sight unseen, but this floor lamp is worth the 2 month wait time to Oregon. It’s solid, meticulously and beautifully hand made in a warmer tone of cedar wood. It’s surprisingly lightweight too. It was packaged very carefully with minimal styrofoam fallout. I’d imagine that a lot went into making a lamp of this magnitude but progress updates from the seller during the 2 month production would have been greatly appreciated.

It is as shown, very well made. I ordered the small but the measurements given are not exactly as described, the inside measurement is 5 1/2 inches. The length of the outside wood is almost 8 inches. The bottom of the basket has some plastic rods, I guess so the water won't rot them if they were made of wood. All in all it is pretty and well made.

This lamp is gorgeous, exactly what I was looking for. Beautifully made, and it glows! Came when expected, packed within an inch of its life. The seller was extremely helpful with my questions about bulbs and dimmers. I wish I had a spot for another one -- perhaps the larger version. Maybe someday...

Due to delays with receiving supplies because of the various Democrat governors shutting down the economy, the package was delayed. The seller was quick to respond with an update and to assure its completion. The lamps arrived and are beautiful. Very simple and elegant. Again (second order), the packaging is professional and the quality excellent. I recommend this craftsman. Addendum: the shoji paper was separated from the kumiko - likely due to the various air pressure changes from packing and unpacking. Serritiello immediately sent a box for shipping, with shipping label, to repair the seal. I’ve received the repaired kumiko in excellent condition. I am very pleased with the seller’s response.
